How are dates approved?
Send a date request with your preferred package. ROTAS will contact you to confirm availability, your exact inclusions and the full quote. Your 50% deposit follows approval; the balance is due before the event starts. A request or saved plan does not hold a date.
Do I have to add extras?
No. Every extra is optional. Choose a package direction on its own and request only the details you want to discuss.
What will the final quote show?
Ask for the full package price, exact inclusions and quantities, access hours including setup and pack-down, applicable taxes and fees, and the payment and cancellation terms before confirming.
What about food and drinks?
Food and beverages are not included in these package concepts. Discuss your catering and beverage plans with ROTAS before making arrangements.
